We represent both municipalities and individuals, assisting them with a broad range of issues including obtaining planning approvals, dealing with and understanding property, business, and farm tax assessments, and dealing with environmental law issues as they relate to property development and maintenance. 

We also deal with the prosecution and defence of municipal bylaw matters, and have experience with municipal tax sales and other enforcement procedures available to municipalities. We are prepared to help both individuals and businesses at the council level and at the various tribunals dealing with these municipal issues, including the Ontario Municipal Board.
